NY 117

NY 117 is a divided highway at its western end, roughly from US 9 to near NY 9A and the Taconic State Parkway. Its western terminus is a folded diamond interchange with US 9. This highway was proposed as part of the Potantico Espressway, which would have connected an extended Croton Expressway to the Taconic. It is now known as Phelps Way. The former alignment of NY 117 is NY 448.
