The Bethpage State Parkway (reference route 907E) is a short super-2 freeway connecting the Southern State Parkway with Bethpage State Park. Four lane extensions on each end were proposed, extending to Merrick Road in the south and to Caumsett State Park (to be called the Caumsett State Parkway) in the north. Both extensions were cancelled, but bike paths have been built in the same corridors.
