The JFK Expressway is a short freeway connecting the Belt Parkway to JFK Airport. It is maintained entirely by the Port Authority and doesn't even have a reference route number. The road was completed in 1991 as part of an overhaul of JFK Airport; the access provided by the JFK Expressway had originally been intended to be part of the Clearview Expressway.
